Six Weeks
EDITED: The list has been updated since this blog post. For the most current list, please see the links in my article about the black list.
It appears that the MoE is updating the list of home study providers who are considered delinquent in submitting post-placement reports (PPR), also known as the "MoE black list," every six weeks. Today, July 1, they published a new version of the list on the official usynovite.ru website. The new version is attached to a letter dated June 25, but the Microsoft Word document containing the list bears a date of July 1.
Unlike the last version of the list released on May 18, this new list has dramatically fewer changes. For example, in the USA section, only five providers were removed from the list this time, and none were added.
If your provider was removed from the list this time, congratulations! If not, it looks like we have about six weeks to wait for the next release.
